Once your application has been processed we will send you an email confirmation letting you know that we have added the tables to your order.Please allow 48-72 hours to process the application as these are done manually. Once we receive your application, we will add the reserved seating to your order.This fee is not per person, it is a flat fee for your party. The daily fee for reserved seating is based on the size of your party. In an attempt to offer seating reservations for everyone, groups may be seated with other patrons to make the most of our seating capacity.Once your party has purchased their individual Mega Make & Take Extravaganza or Play Date tickets, one person from the party will need to visit our "Reserved Seating Application" to reserve your seats.Each guest will need to purchase their own Mega Make & Take Extravaganza or Play Date ticket online.Reserved seating is available for a party of up to 8 guests.There is an additional fee to reserve your seats prior to the event. However, this option is available to guarantee that your party will be seated together without having to exercise our first come first serve policy. Reserved seating is not necessary as all seating is on a first come first serve basis. If you have a party up to Eight guests and would like to reserve your seats prior to the event you are welcome to do so. Our hosts do an amazing job helping guests find seats together.
We know how important it is for you to sit by your friends. How do I Reserve seating before the show? Suggested Items - Variety of adhesives (such as liquid adhesive or tape runner), paper trimmer, scissors, corner rounder, paper piercer, stapler, hole punch, acrylic block, distressing ink pad, baby wipes, and journaling pen.Enjoy plenty of door prizes and gifts throughout the evening.You'll come away with exclusive projects and great techniques. You'll enjoy a fun-filled evening of Make & Takes with your friends, both old and new.(Start times vary by location based on number of projects). Starting around 4pm each sponsor will come forward and present their Make & Take projects to everyone.Shopping? Oh Yes.our Sponsors will be selling at the event so take advantage of a little pre-show buying!.Included is a beautiful MEGA color booklet with photos and complete instructions for each of your projects.
Once you get comfy, you'll receive your package of Mega Make & Take projects.Upon arrival our hosts will start you out with your “I Played” button.The doors to the MEGA Make & Take Extravaganza will open between 2:30pm - 3pm to allow guests to be seated and set up for the night.Copics markers used: G28, YG09, YG05, and YG03. Scissors, stamp block, black ink pad, your favorite coloring medium (no watercolors), liquid adhesive, and foam adhesive squares or circles. As a bonus, you get to take home the exclusive castle stamp! You will receive the Dorothy and balloon images pre-colored. Join Scrappy Boy to create this adorable Land of Oz card, where you will stamp and color the castle.
